What we are looking for:

• A genuine interest in social media and the latest digital communications techniques.
• A creative mindset and someone who loves creating digital content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage online audiences.
• A knowledge of engagement metrics across social and digital channels.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a creative environment.
• Experience managing social media channels or producing content is desirable.
• A good understanding of LinkedIn. 
• Keen to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude towards digital trends.
• Agency experience is desirable but not essential.

What you’ll need to do:

This is an in-house role and you will manage the company’s social media and digital marketing, as well as supporting the day to day running of the Group Marketing team.  Your specific duties will include:

• Overseeing creative content production for our digital marketing on social platforms.
• Representing the team in internal meetings, providing updates and insights on social media activities as needed.
• Conducting research and deliver insights to inform engaging, innovative social media campaigns.
• Analysing social media performance data and compile evidence to help refine content and communications strategies.
• Developing a deep understanding of our brands in order to engage with them authentically on our social platforms.
• Writing and editing high-quality social copy and digital content with strong attention to detail.
• Monitoring media and social channels for brand mentions, industry trends and opportunities for engagement.
• Contributing creatively to the marketing and social media activities of the team and wider business.
• Keeping abreast of emerging social platforms, content formats and digital tools to ensure our strategies remain innovative and relevant.
• Supporting the wider Marketing team where required with reporting and administrative support.
